Looking through production logs, I see tons of error-level messages like:
and almost all of them are due to the node shutting down. This is not an error situatation since we do not expect a node to continue downloading geoip databases normally as it is shutting down. I'm changing the log level in this case to INFO to avoid cluttering the error logs.
