There was breaking changes after which
failure_handlerconfiguration is ignored and custom auth failure handler is not registered.In order to fix it, I've implemented failure handler registration similar to original Symfony method in overridden
AbstractFactory::createAuthenticationFailureHandlerRelated issues:
