updated scripts to support tensorflow v1.2.0

Tested on my jetson tx2 with ubuntu 16.04 fully updated on 06/19/17. Find the resulting wheel file here.

it seems that version should be edited from v 1.2.0 to 1.2.1
it also seems that the patch application results in 👍 can't find file to patch at input line 5
Perhaps you used the wrong -p or --strip option?
