Summary
This PR enhances the homepage user experience by adding subtle hover transitions to feature cards. The new effect gently elevates each card and increases shadow intensity, creating a more engaging and responsive design.

All changes are purely front-end (no logic updates). Tested locally with
npm run devon both light and dark modes.
