LGTM thanks! Are the three calls to _add_driver_metadata representative of "everywhere in this lib you'd want to tell the server you exist" or something else ?

_add_driver_metadata is called at all the public API points we expose, so if users are using the PyMongoArrow APIs that actually perform server operations we'll get the right metadata.
