General Update PR
Description
The course content it out of date, changes in Neo4j now mean that constraints can broadly be applied to relationships in the same way as nodes. The current content doesnt cover this and includes some confusing wording that implies you cant do this.
This is a patch to make the lesson factually correct, but doesnt provide new examples of how to use the new features.
The video from the lesson has had to be removed.
