Proposed Changes

Adding IPV6 capabilities for VRF-Lite under OSPFv3, adding new key to the model and a new jinja template to generate the corresponding config

@mtarking @ccoueffe can you give review the jinja template, I'm struggling with the indentation on the ospf area macro when defining a custom VRF.
