PyMuPDF 1.23.9rc2 release candidate

PyMuPDF-1.23.9rc2 release candidate is available.

Wheels for Windows, Linux and MacOS, and the sdist, are available on pypi.org and can be installed with:

python -m pip install pymupdf==1.23.9rc2

[Linux-aarch64 wheels are not available.]
