1. Synchronized zh_CN sphinx.po with the latest sphinx.pot
2. Completed 100% translation
3. Corrected previous errors
4. Adjusted punctuation according to Simplified Chinese FOSS translation conventions
5. Also updated zh_CN sphinx.mo

Sorry, but I couldn't find Sphinx itself on Transifex, only Sphinx's documentation is listed for translation:

I wanted to translate things like the "caution/warning/added in" Sphinx core messages which are rendered on to pages. I'm not familiar with programming. Please guide me to contribute properly, or check whether there is something wrong with Sphinx's Transifex project. Thank you!

When I visited this link you posted:

It automatically redirected me to:
https://explore.transifex.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx-1/
There I was presented with a button to join the project.

I was unable to open the Transifex link on:
https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/internals/contributing.html#translations
I think this link only works if a user has already joined:
https://www.transifex.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx-1/

You may want to change the link on the contribution page to:
https://explore.transifex.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx-1/
So people can actually see the project and join it.

Now that I have joined the Transifex project, I will see what I can do there.
