chore: pretty print poc

I cannot hold myself back anymore… lets see how far we can get :D

notes:

• when integrating it, we should parse the output of the formatter and compare its AST to the input for safety. if they do not match, show warning that asks the user to open an issue.

todos:

• improve renderer and test it on large and complex statements
• run xtask to create test cases from the postgres regression test suite
• ask claude to implement remaining nodes
• dont loose comments
• add json formatter
• add support for named parameters
• integrate into workspace, cli and language server
